HR Unit Manager - Compensation & Performance

Die Position: Anforderungen und Details

Be responsible for all aspects of program development, administration, service delivery, and compliance across the compensation & benefits and performance management activities of the company
Manage the personnel budget and make the necessary controls and revisions during the year, and prepare budget analysis reports and presentations 
Ensure a fair, equitable and competitive total compensation and benefits strategy which is aligned with the company strategy and business goals, and in compliance with current legislation  
Monitor the effectiveness of existing compensation policies, guidelines, and procedures, recommend plan revision as well as produce new plans that are cost-effective and consistent with compensation trends and corporate objectives 
Assess employees’ needs by conducting employee satisfaction surveys to find out what motivates and engages employees
Prepare job descriptions, job analysis, job evaluations and job classifications
Participate in salary and labour market surveys to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits, and prepare market benchmark reports and other compensation & benefits related analysis reports
Manage, develop and coordinate policies and strategies for the development of departmental performance indicators and performance standards by considering corporate plans and strategies
Provide guidance and counselling on performance management initiatives; and coordinate workforce development and succession planning programs
Analyse and direct the performance appraisal processes including merit, bonus and stock programs
Monitor and document individual performance to support compensation and career planning decisions
Lead a team of five people and responsible for their development


University degree from related departments; engineering degree is highly welcomed
Min. 7 years of progressive HR career with a focus of Compensation & Benefits and Performance Management 
Min. 2 years of people management experience
Ability to interface and communicate effectively in a clear and concise manner to all levels of employees with strong persuasive skills
Positive, self-motivated, and emotionally balanced personality
Strong analytical and quantitative reasoning skills with high detail orientation
Fluent English
